Job title: Senior Internal Auditor
Client : A leading Banking Technology IT MNC -
HQ: Europe
Location of the Job : Chennai – our Client’s Indian Operations. Job requires extensive worldwide travel.
Reports to: Internal Audit Director based in Europe
Job profile
§ Conduct independent internal control audits according Company’s standards
§ Perform entire audit cycle from planning, risk assessment to reporting and follow-up
§ Communicate audit results to senior management and offer recommendations to improve internal controls
§ Conduct testing of Internal Control System within the company
§ Suggest improvements to internal policies and procedures
§ Liaise with external auditors
§ Travel to any part of world up to 60% of time

Qualifications
§ CA or CIA or CISA
§ 5 years experience in Accounting/Internal Audit of an MNC§ Familiarity with control frameworks (COSO, COBIT etc.), international accounting (IFRS) and auditing standards and current developments in the field
§ Exposure to and experience with SOX and risk based auditing is a plus
§ Ability and willingness to continuously learn and apply knowledge§ Excellent written and verbal communication in English
§ Ability to operate independently under stress in various cultures§ Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, familiarity with data extraction and processing packages (IDEA, ACL) a plus
Compensation : Rs 8 lakhs to Rs 15 lakhs Plus travel allowances when on travel.
