Job Profile:
Develop and implement a marketing strategy with appropriate product mix for the Shopping/commercial /hotel complex of the MALL
Identifying and chasing the high-end and MNC clients for large commercial deals
Facilitate leasing by negotiations, agreements , complete commercial transactions which entail documentation aspects like sale agreement, lease agreements
Developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development Coordination and vendor/contractor management Achieve and over shoot the business targets.
Candidate Profile
· MBA or BE Graduate·
.Have 5+ Years of experience in the Real Estate industry especially in selling of Commercial space
· Thorough knowledge in the areas of legal and statutory requirements
· Should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
