Open Location - 4 Nos.

Retail Expansion & Development :
• Prospecting & appointing new channel partners/franchisee s for exclusive/flagship/ focus stores in potential / uncovered territory .
• Handling franchisee stores in the region, managing operations of these stores and their profitability
• Design and implementation of Below The Line activities and channel programs

Distributor Management :

• Handling distributors for Hand set & Accessories .
• Delivery of budgeted monthly business value from the billing parties.
• Developing and achieving billing plans for the regionstore wise.
• Ensuring strict financial discipline among the channel partners

Commercial Planning :
---------
• SKU-wise 6 month primary sales forecasting and planningfor all the billing parties
• Implementing the pre-ordering system , both at the primary & secondary sales level to minimize sale loss

Merchandising and Retail Management :
---------
• Implementing all key retail concepts in the stores and ensuring compliance with the same
• Co-ordinating with the vendors to get the store interiors done as per company standards
• Ensuring timely display of "collections" in the flagship stores
• Ensuring efficient refilling of the highest selling SKUsin all the stores
