Job Opportunity - Taxation Manager

Dear All,
Currently there is an opportunity with a leading foreign MNC based in Mumbai as Manager - Taxation.
Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant with the post qualification experience of 5 to 8 years;
Job Profile:Advising on various direct tax and international tax issues and limited experience on tax compliance related work.He should also have reasonable knowledge of other regulations such as RBI, FEMA, FDI etc;

To manages tax issues/advices on wide range of business in India.

Specifically, the profile would include managing/handling direct and indirect tax related matters for Investment Banking business, Private Wealth Management, Commodities business, fixed income business (including Government and private sector bonds), Primary Dealer, Private Equity investment etc. His broad profile would also includes advising on various international tax/cross border tax issues, supervising / managing team members on - documentation, research, liaisoning with tax/accounting firms on tax compliance.
