1. Achieve Primary and Secondary sales budgets through micro-level planning and follow-up .
2. Increase the width and the depth of distribution both in urban and rural markets .
3. Implement Systems and Best Practises to enhance operational efficiencies .
4. Work in close co-ordination with the Customer Marketing Team in conceptualising and coordinating tactical moves and Go ToMarket Plans .
5. Ensure effective and speedy implementation of Trade and Consumer Promotions .
6. Identify and Train the team on Functional and Behavioral Competencies .
7. Maintain a high degree of commercial hygiene in the system.
