Distribution/ Channel Management :
Developing and sustaining the existing network and effectively managing the supply chain.
Driving Sales, identifying and plugging distribution gaps to further expand the coverage.
Monitoring/expanding the dealer/distributor network with a special eye on achieving revenue/collection targets.
Coordinating with organizational hierarchy for devising/correcting strategies.
Reducing the turn around time for inventory liquidation.

People Management :Motivating, mentoring, guiding and monitoring subordinates to achieve goals.Tracking /initiating measures to develop performance appraisals.
Inspiring the sales force to maintain the company imagery & appeal.
