Assistant Vice President - Global Commodity Sourcing
Department: Purchase
Industry Preference: IT/ Telecom/ AutomobileJob
Location: HyderabadTotal experience: 8 - 15 years
Must be working as a Manager / Sr. Manager / AVP - Global Commodity Sourcing for at least 1 year in a leading US/ Europian MNC.
Must have at least 4 - 7 years of experience commodity sourcing.
Must have experience in cost reduction and standardization of parts
Must have good understanding the intricacies of specific commodity like- MRO, Office Supplies, IT, Telecom etc..
Must have experience in maintaining relationship with Vendors and keep updated on the latest changes in the commodity market.
Must have experience in negotiation, RFI, RFQ creation, Contract Mgmt, etc.
Must have experience in Global Vendors. (IT is mandatory)
Must have good negotiations skill
Must have proactive approach, and must be innovative.
Ability to lead, motivate and influence people
Excellent Communication Skills
Must have a stable career
