Overview :You will play a key role in delivery of client engagements. You will conduct fact-based research, by gathering, organizing and synthesizing information to develop key insights. Additionally, you will conduct complex financial and business analysis to contribute to client recommendations. You will be critical to integrating US and India teams at the client engagement level.

On an execution basis, you will conduct interviews, gather and organize 3rd party research data, and collect and analyze client data. You will contribute to the development and refinement of hypotheses and create client recommendations. Typical work threads you would be expected to develop and manage may include: Client current profitability, analyzing the market and understanding the trends, benchmarking competitor’s operations, developing and recommending cost saving opportunities and creating recommendations for revenue enhancement.In the medium to long term, this role will position you for a management role in our India operations or a consulting position in our US practice.

Responsibilities :
• Independently handle projects, interact with clients and manage delivery team
• Contribute Industry Insight to deliverables
• Structure and story-board the deliverables
• Gather information through research and conduct analysis
• Derive insights through research and develop client recommendations
• Contribute to client communications and develop key messages
• Review analyst work for relevance and quality

Qualifications:
• Total of two plus years of experience in financial services
• One plus years of experience in strategy consulting would be preferable
• Demonstrated track record of creating high quality analysis and contributing to client engagements
• High energy individuals with ability to deal with ambiguity
• Superior analytical/problem-solving and communication (both written and oral) skills
• MBA from reputable school
• Exposure to US would be a plus.
