REPORTING TO: CEO- Asia South & Regional Hr Director
LOCATION: Gurgaon (NCR Delhi)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Looking for a dynamic individual who will initiateand manage the global HR process of the company from both India andglobal perspective.Would be taking care of the HR function of India, Thailand,Philippines & Indonesia officesWould work closely with the CEO Asia South and the Regional HRDirector to restructure the India businessThe incumbent would need to be a strategic business partner. He/shewould need to understand the business environment quickly andrecommend structures, titles, and people etc which make the businessmore effectiveThe role would cover the entire gamut of HR activities includingrecruitment, training, people development and performance management.

DESIRED PROFILE:MBA (HR) from top 10 institutes with atleast 7 yrs of experience,preferably working with Services sector.

EXPERIENCE: 7-10 yrs
