Key Job Responsibilities
· Work with cross functional teams in Sales and Professional Services to define business goals and challenges and measures of ROI for deploying Talent Management solutions in specific industry verticals.
· Defining and document both typical and best practice business processes with respect to Talent Management.
· Define “canned solutions” involving configurations, workflow and reporting with the SumTotal Enterprise suite to mirror business practices and achieve business goals.
· Define and document change management and launch procedures within the enterprise which work best to achieve the benefits of implementing the SumTotal Enterprise suite.
· Define functionality gaps that exist in industry requirements and the SumTotal product suite and work with Product Management to incorporate into roadmap.
· Effectively market the Vertical market solutions in individual and group situations.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge
· Degree in Business
· 2 to 5+ years of systems implementation and consulting background preferably in a Big 5 firm.
· Excellent communications skills, including the ability to gather, disseminate, organize information form various sources including written and face-to-face meetings; and the ability present information in graphical formats with clarity and originality
· Excellent meeting facilitation skills, both live and virtual
· Prior experience in business process consulting and creating business process flows documentation

To support the growing product portfolio and sales team, the marketing function needs to develop capabilities for product marketing. The Assistant Manager – Product Marketing will be an important part of this team
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Asst. Manager – Product Marketing will be responsible for the health and growth of assigned product brand(s).
